This duration is usually the length of the time we have an ongoing relationship with you to provide Services to you. After our service ends, we may retain your Personal Data for a period of 3 years (in case you want to re-initiate any services from us). After 3 years, all Personal Data will be anonymized, and only aggregated data may be stored.

We do not collect any sensitive data and we ask that you not send us or disclose any Sensitive Personal Data to us (including social security numbers, national identification numbers, data related to racial, ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, ideological beliefs, health, bio-metrics, criminal background, trade union memberships or administrative or criminal proceedings and sanctions).

Choices, Access and Retention

You have choices when it comes to how we use your data. If you no longer want to receive marketing related emails, you may opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe button that is included in all our emails you receive from us. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails form us, please note that we may still send you important administrative messages to provide services to you that you have signed-up for.
