The annual license and the shared license are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and you will need to renew the license at the end of 1 year if you plan to continue to use the product. You get to use the latest version of the software and full technical support during the course of your contract.

The perpetual license allows you to use the software that you have purchased for as long as you like. No annual renewal is required. However, at the end of 1 year, you can purchase an annual maintenance contract at 20% of the purchase price and you get to upgrade to the latest version of the software and get full technical support. If you are not on a maintenance contract, then you will need to pay 50% of the purchase price to upgrade your software to the latest version.

Validity

For academic licenses, you can use the version you have downloaded for as long as you are a student. For non-commercial license, you can use the version you have downloaded for as long as you use the computer. For business license, the validity is 1 year.

Modules

The trial versions of the software as well as the purchased versions have all modules included in the software. However, if you are only interested in using specific modules, get in touch with us and we can have a custom offering just for you.

Training

Not sure how to use the software, we may be able to help you with online training or connect you to leading service providers. For a small fee, we can provide coaching support to jointly work with you to solve business problems.

Tech. Support

If you are facing any technical issues or encounter any problems with using the software, just send us an email to our support desk. We usually resolve most issues within 1 working day if we can replicate the problem at our end.

Upgrades

Any major upgrades to the software are free for the first year after purchase. After one year, if you want to upgrade the software to the latest version (for perpetual version), you will need to pay an upgrade fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Warranty

We will try to address any problems and issues you have within a reasonable time-frame. If you are not happy with the purchase, we will initiate a full refund of the software price if reported within 14 days of purchase.
