Change Templates

Change templates can be used to add different templates related to change management to your active workbook. These templates can help with the addressing the people side of the change effort to ensure a successful change.

Change Audit

This template can be used to audit a change deployment in the organization to identify gaps and ensure a successful change effort.

Change Curve

This template can be used to determine where in the four stages of a change curve the organization is currently in. The objective of this analysis is to take appropriate actions to help an organization move quickly through the change curve.

Coaching Model

This template uses the GROW model to facilitate coaching between the coach and the coachee. It can be used as a checklist for effective coaching and to document the agreements between the coach and the coachee for each session.

Communication Plan

This template can be used to create a communication plan to ensure that all stakeholders and their needs are considered in the communications.

Culture Map

This template provides a means to document the existing culture of an organization, identify improvement areas and then document actions that need to be taken to improve organizational culture.

Force Field Analysis

This template can be used to create a understand the drivers and restrainers for the implementation of any change.

Impact Assessment

This template can be used to understand the impact of any change on the organization and what actions can be taken to ensure that the change is successful.

Mission and Vision

This template can be used to document and update the company Mission and Vision statements.

PEST Analysis

PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological) Analysis is a review of the external macro environment that affects a firm so that a firm can either protect itself from threats.

RACI Analysis

RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Analysis is a responsibility assignment matrix that describes the participation of various roles in completing tasks and is useful in clarifying roles and responsibilities in a cross-functional projects and processes.

Stakeholder Analysis

This template can be used to understand the organization - which stakeholders support the change effort, which stakeholders are neutral or oppose the change effort. The objective is to come up with an action to address the most crucial stakeholders.

Sustaining Change

This template provides a checklist for the items to consider when you role out a change in the organization. The things you should consider to ensure that the change is sustainable in the long-run.

SWOT Analysis

SWOT Analysis is a structured planning method that evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an organization, project or business venture.
